Can someone help with a pcb layout.

Do you have the code to program the PIC microprocessor?

DesignSpark should be able to generate the gerbers and drill file. You have to follow certain "Design Rules" that can be slightly different for each PCB manufacturer.
One such example of a design rule is track clearances, the clearance to the edge and the actual filenames of the layers.

A few things generally get specified in a text file like 1 oz copper, double sided. Plated thru holes etc.

i have now already a board layout, now is the problem to convert it.
Because the manufacture needs a gerber file.
And i thought i put it in the converter and done but also that is a bit difficult if you have never use pcb design etc before.

Usually PCB layout designing software will have an option to generate Gerbers. Check in File or Output menu items.

Yes i know but someway it is not working.

I have an .pcb file from designspark but when i choose output and then the gerber the file is not good i dont have knowledge of all options.
when i select the layers i want en make the gerber file and upload it to allpbc ill get the message no outlines.

Also i have a question, must i count the mask layers etc etc also as an layer with production? or only the copper layers.
Because when i choose 1 layer in allpbc after auditing ill get the message , no outlines, only 1 layer, no drill points.

You are using all SMD components and hence there are no drill holes in your PCB.

See if there is an option to change gerber or print dpi setting to say 1200 dpi and you must get good output.

In the layout posted in post #20 only top layer is used for routing. Solder mask, legend, etc,... are optional.

You need to select just top copper, top mask and top silk screen layers.

I am almost there Haha.

Board outline layer or board edge layer, sorry for missing that.

Some PCB manufacturers in India and Bangladesh use Adobe Illustrator to convert scanned PCB image to file that can be used for PCB manufacturing.
