hi alls
i want to use ir2130 for a 3phase rectifier with Igbt(15 volt)
is it possible?
if yes , whats the schema for use? is it like a 3 phase inverter ?
if no , give me a driver to use for a commandable rectifier?

DO mean that the MOS will drive the IGBT?

 

Those are DC devices. A reverse bias will destroy them. The device for a controlled rectifier is the SCR.

 

its not the problem of the software, because the commande is the same with the inverter
i have problem with ir2130 , the pulses gate is not well it have negative value ie: the signal go for negatif to positive
supposition:the problem in vs1,2,3 ,whats the correct shema of ir2130 for rectifier? the value of capa?and resistances?,,,
