Can I replace 2n3563 with 2sc2570 in FM transmitter?

Both transistors are listed as for RF applications.

The Japanese 2SCxx transistor normally has the collector in the centre while 2N transistor has the Base on the centre.

Under not so strict applications, the 2N3563 can be substituted with the S2c2570. But take care of their pin locations.

Datasheet attached...

I dont find the 2N3563 but i have 2sc2570. I have check these datasheet
2sc2570: http://alltransistors.com/transistor.php?transistor=13386
2n3563: http://alltransistors.com/transistor.php?transistor=3341

And i think that numbers is pretty close. But i don't know if has big diference or not at my circuit.
Also the pinout its no problem (if collector-base-emmiter pinouts is not at the same position). But i need to know if can do functionally the same work.
A video output transistor from a not too old CRT VGA monitor would probably do it, they tend to be "jumbo TO92" or TO126, so very likely more powerful than you need. FT specifications of 600MHz aren't rare. The voltage rating is more than you need, the gain may be a bit lower than you were hoping for but that's about it. HD monitors had video transistors nearer 1GHz and much lower voltage rating.

So can i use 2sc2570 instead of 2n3563?Yes or No? The power of transmitter is not so big problem.I don't care if i have 0.8 watt or 1 watt transmitter. I just want to know if do the same work both of transistors.

IOW: You want everyone else to search for and study the data sheets for you.

Yes it should be ok to use the 2sc2570, it has a bigger hfe so you may get a larger output or distortion, if so increase the 100R resistor to lower the gain.

Alternatively use a NTE108.

Most high frequency small signal transistors will work in that circuit because it is only an oscillator so it is not a demanding application.
