You will need a disassembler program, or some time with a list of PIC commands to do it manually.

As I do not answer in e-mails, I do it here.

If the copy bit is set you can not read the pic.
The copy bit can be reset by a bulk erase.
This is only for flash pics and ALL data in the pic will be lost.

The pic you show is a cmos (one time programmable).
