Hi guys,
Could someone tell me if I can apply consensus theorem in this expression to reduce it

A+B+A'B'C'D

the result i got is A+B but I'm not sure

Well, just see if you can find one input combination that is (or is not) covered by your result that is not (or is) covered by the original expression.

If the output is determined by the A'B'C'D term, what do you know about the A and B terms? With that in mind, is A'B'C'D covered by (A+B) or not?

The original expression is A+B+A'B'C'D and I could not find any theorem to apply! Except consensus theorem. Is it ok if I use it or not?

Well... try. But show your work!

Also, do what I asked and check your answer to see if it is consistent with the original problem.
