Can anyone over here quickly design a simplified version of an arc lighter. Similar to the ones used in electric cigaret lighters. The ones that use a tiny transformer. Thanks

I have considered modifying one of these:

At $4, the price is right. I don't know if the spark would be "hot" enough.
