All About Circuits

Can anyone guide me how do I put the clamper " 0.01 Tin" that is encircled by the green circle in the Ltspice schematic ? Thank you

And what is a "clamper"?

I realize that you posted circuit clamps the signal to near positive ground level, but how is that related to Tin?
Is that a subcircuit name?
