can anyone do a pc board layout on this?

There's plenty of software available that can turn schematics into PCB layouts. On Windows I can think of Circuit Maker and maybe Electronics Workbench (though I'm not sure). On Linux, there is the gEDA suite (free, open-source).
Try downloading Eagle PCB. It has a pretty good schematic capture utility and board layout editor. It also has an auto-router.
The limitations of the demo version is that the schematic can only be one page and the PCB area is restricted to 3 inches by 4 inches maximum.
