Hi All,

So I just finished making a BGA footprint in Layout. The footprint has 284 pins so it took quite some time to get it set up (thank goodness for keyboard shortcuts...). However, within a couple minutes of finishing the footprint I noticed to my horror that the diagram had some small text next to it that said "bottom view". Basically this means that the footprint needs to be mirrored. Any suggestions? Other than starting over?

 

Just in case someone is interested I ended up downloading a free trial that can record and replay mouse/keyboard commands and recorded mirroring one row of pads. I then just re-ran the macro on the other rows. Still took a while, but at least I didn't need to do it by hand.
