when button 1 is closed, does this circuit enable relay 1,2 and 3 to keep functioning even if the button 1 is opened after that?

 

Well, this is a strange looking circuit!
Basically, the answer is yes.

A few comments:-
Don't know what the earth connections on B are doing.
Pressing microswitch MS1 will de-energise all the relays (good).

Have to say, this seems a complicated way of achieving a simple task!

the earth on B is just for self eye appeal. i hate to see ends hanging on its own. haha. sorry about that.

i was trying to make a button for an elevator system. i tried to find a specific button which has the function like the circuit but still haven't found any. so i just decided to make one with similar functions as i have a lot of relays in my storage.
