I might be absolutely dumb in my question,
But i need to build an inverter to supply current when electricity is not there.. The load 30 amps.. Can someone pls guide as to how and how much will i need to organize for its supply?

An inverter needs electricity to invert it, so that is out because you don't have electricity. You didn't mention the mains voltage, but a 7.5KW generator will do you good (gas, diesel, or natural/butane gas).
