Building a UV Socket Light from a Kit

    I purchased a kit off of E-Bay to make up a 38 Led UV Light for another project that I have going on. The kit arrived but had no instructions on how to wire up the LED's. I am guessing that the connections will be in series with the negative led of the LED going to the positive led of the next LED and so on until complete. The kit also contained a small rectifier board which has the
    components needed silk screened on it so I am fine there.
    If someone could please advise if the LED wiring is correct.

    As I do not see any transformer for isolation,
