at such cap (100AH) its not easy at all - you will have to put semiconductors between cells so it wouldn't discharge over it self

the materials for the syntheses you could get at chemistry supply shops

and for more info there are some great articles in Wikipedia and Google starting from how a cell works to you to do the syntheses

 

You may work out how to do this, but you will spend more money building this over buying a battery, unless you use mostly surplus (free) materials.

You will be working with dangerous components and can put your eye out in an instant.

You put an insulator between the cells, not a semiconductor.

 

i think he means an AFE or a BMS.
