Buffering Stream problem

Hello
I am try to watch Leo Laporte on Twit.
I will get this message every few second buffering stream., video and audio freeze.
How do I fix this problem buffering stream.
The computer I using is rated at:
pentium 4 cpu 2.ghz 512 mb ram,window xp pro

Hello,

As blueroom already said, try to download the podcast as your connection is to slow for life broadcast.
