I was wondering if anyone has seen this bridge and if you have, the name of the bridge.

Thank you,

It looks like a Wheatstone bridge except that it is for a certain resonant frequency. In addition, the variable resistors make it adjustable. Intresting phenomonon!

Does anyone know if its possible to create a patent on a variation of the wheatstone bridge such as this one?

I'm asking because my company is having legal troubles because we were using this circuit, but I coulda swore, I've seen this circuit existing well before 2003 when the patent was issued.

Interesting, it seems as though Zs and Zp could be thought of as parallel but then again Zs might affect the other resistors. As for the op amps, those might be just buffers to match impedance.
