I dont recall Brian being in a fraternity.
He went to Brown University but never a mention of a frat.

I remember Stewie commenting he would like to enter the I Felta Thigh fraternity though

 

Brian doesn't belong to a fraternity Closest is in the episode "Brian Goes Back to College", he and Stewie stayed in the dorm rooms.
