The TNY380PN is designed to go the other way; from HV in to LV out. It's rated to switch up to 4.3A.

I'm presuming you want to go from battery power (12v or 24v) to 120VDC.
120V, 2A is 240 Watts.

At 12v, 240 Watts is 20 Amperes; but you'll need more than that due to losses in the conversion process.
