Hello. Would anyone recognise this board? Came as a mail in advertisement. Such a waste for a single use device trying to see if I can give it another purpose.

I don't recognize it but it is a very expensive piece of hardware for a mailing. I assume it was trying to get you to spend a lot of money on something. It has a lot of memory, and possibly an FPGA, and the 1500mAH LiPo isn't a cheap item
