Hello all. Apologies if this is not the correct place to post this question.
I have narrowed down the non working blower motor to the power stage and after removing and inspecting the components I think I have a failed diode on the pcb. The smd is burnt but the letter A2 can just be seen.
I would be most grateful if anyone can advise on a suitable replacement. I am unsure if all A2 diodes are identical as this one seems polarity sensitive.
I have attached photos of both the damaged component and what I believe to be a identical component from the same pcb.
