There may not be a non-destructive way to do it. I believe the rubber is molded over a metal framework and the blade shaft is peened at the blade end to complete the assembly.

yes. thats the rubber coupling. i wander how to remove that from the shafting so that i can pullout the rotor together with the shafting?

 

It's threaded so there may be some wrench flats on the shaft below it.

Depending on the direction the blades turn, the threads may be left handed also.
a pair of pliers should be all you need to remove the bushing.
