Hi could somebody please show me how to draw the small signal equivalent circuit of this?? I have included everything exept the Rb feedback resistor between the Collector and the Base. I have no idea where it should be included in the small signal circuit.

Hi there.

First off, do you know how to calculate the DC biasing of this configuration?

I can draw the small signal circuit for ac analysis, but it would be pretty useless without the maths that goes with it.

 

anyways i tried to find some 'online' info on this circuit however i couldn't find anything.

However i went through some books and found a decent run through of the small signal analysis.

The book is 'electronic devices and circuit theory' by boylestad /nashelsky.

The circuit is attached.

DO you also know how to draw the equivalent according to the pi model???
I know how to caclulate the biasing, but in the quesiton it just asks to calculate the small signal gain. of that circuit. I am having really trouble with it. I have no idea where to start.
