Biasing circuit of TGF2021-02 and TGF2022-60?

I am in dire need of the biasing circuitry of these two devices (www.triquint.com). I am working on an amplifier. And using these two devices in cascade. I can not figure out the biasing of these devices, through their datasheets.

IF ANYBODY COULD HELP....URGENT.
