I am looking for a benchtop power supply. What's the best and what do I look for? Have looked at a Mastech Variable 30v 10a HY3010I-3 triple output

 

What's the best and what you should look for depends on what you need/want to do with it and what factors are important to you. We don't know any of those things because we are not mind readers.

 

10 amps seems a lot more than a hobbyist would use. You might save noticeable money be deciding how much current you really need. 3 amps is usually more than what is necessary.
