I recently started a new forum-type site, based on phpbb software. I 'm missing some bbcode functionalities that I was accustomed to here in AAC, most notable the table and Latex functions. Does anybody know any resources for this type of replacement code?

These are the exact two links I found out too. However they are more that bbcode extensions, they are add-on packs which need installing on the server, a task which I cannot do, due to lack of knowledge.

I 'll have my partner do it in the middle of the week.

 

In vbulletin you can add your own bbcode, maybe thats what you need to do in phpbb?
