I need to monitor battery Health/Status on PC or microcontroller.
The battery voltage is 48 Volts.
What are the suggestions for the possible solutions.

 

Measure the voltage - ADC - IR LED - o p t i c a l f i b r e - IR Receiver - Monitoring System.

The first 3 can be powered from the 48 volts.

Depending on the environment, you can replace the OF with a suitable RF module.

 

For the remote car battery voltage measurement I am using ATtiny202 (ADC, UART) + SigFox Transmitter. You need to use voltage divider on the ATtiny202 input (Vcc=3.3V).
