battery choice problem

Consider an application that requires fourteen 12 V DC motors (operating current 150 mA), few IR sensors and has a load of around 1 Kg. Considering the factors of battery life, energy density, cost and availability in India, what would be the optimum choice for the type of battery? :eek:
