Hi folks,

This is my first post here. Hello to you'll! To be honest I didn't pre-search much before asking this question because my guess is that my request is uncommon.

I'm just starting out in electronics and I want to experiment with radio propagation. To be honest, I'm having a little trouble figuring out how RF propagation works. I'd like to use my function generator to play with transmitting a pure carrier signal in the 0-100kHz ranges. I don't need to transmit any data. I want to learn the basic circuitry involved in RF progagation. I want to play with RF propagation and measuring the milligauss, electric, and RF levels with my Trifield meter and perhaps also build a receiver circuit to hook up to the scope. I'm able to read most simple schematics and circuit diagrams. Can anyone point me to some basic RF propagation circuits that could take a function generator signal as input?
