Today I came across this(link here):

Extras. Info: WinAVR as a separate project currently does not exist, and was entirely under the wing of Atmel and now called AVR Toolchain. Putting it should be separate from the site of Atmel, pre snesya old WinAVR, top studio 4.19.

Is it true? no need to install WinAVR and AVR Studio separately?
