Can someone help me do this one?

I understand that the Rw(Tao) is the v(t).v*(t-Tao) then do the average over time goes to infinity

Do I keep the cosine form or change into complex phasor form, and also how do I compute the conjugate?

Cheers

You don't need to write in phasor form. When you multiplied the cosines, you will see the famous expression: cos(a)*cos(b)=1/2*(cos(a+b)+cos(a-b)) will handle it. If I'm wrong, forgive me but I think you need the distribuiton of it. In that case, how would you know the expected value?
