A few days ago you may have seen my post about the schematic I was working on for this. I went with what I had before but removed some of the pull-ups per the forum's suggestion to use the internal pull-ups. I also added a 4k FRAM chip on my remaining I/O lines.
I've moved on to layout and was looking for feedback on the attached file. The file shows the back traces (largely blacked out due to a ground plane but one trace had to go through). All traces are 15mil. The second page is the front traces and the last is the front soldermask. The chip is running on the internal 128kHz so I don't have to worry about high speed signals. This clock comes out pin 6 (PD2) and goes to the FRAM and the display.
