This is my first time to assign footprints to this circuit which I would like to make a PCB of.

But there is so many footprints to choose from just for the capacitors alone and I dont know which one to choose.

Can anyone help me choose?

 

I usually have a caliper handy to get measurements on my actual components. If you look at the names of the footprints you'll see that, for electrolytic caps for example, it tells you the length, diameter of the cap and pitch of the leads. Pick a footprint that matches the component that you want to use. You can also view footprints using the second button from the left.
