Do you have an ASCII Table? You must be blessed because there is a whole website just for you.

Do you know what even parity is? Again you are in luck. Google and Wikipedia to the rescue.

Is there some reason why these simple tasks are so difficult for you to manage on your own? I'm just curious about why you feel it is easier to post the same question on multiple forums and have us continue to do the simplest tasks for you. You really should try to make a greater effort.

259 is greater than 254 so you need two bytes and would NOT be ascii but umm unicode?

Unless the OP needs to represent each digit character in 295 by its ASCII code, which will take three bytes. Otherwise, it will be impossible to represent 295 in eight bits, let alone seven.

This one gets my vote for ambiguous question of the week. There are also responses on at least two other forums. I had no idea there were so many viable solutions depending on initial assumptions.
