Ap4503agm

I am crossing the following part, this is the closest I can find to a suitable sub.

Fairchild FDS8858CZ, the only thing I see that is different is that this part has 2 zener diodes between the source and gate. This part seems exceeds my requirements, but of course I could be missing something. Using two different manufactures data sheets, some things are listed on one and not the other.
