Hi everyone

I'm having some problems getting a spectra display to work, it doesn't seem to be receiving anything when I send a message form the computer. Anyone experienced with this product who can spare a few minutes to help?

You haven't given us much to go on.

 

I know but I wanted to see if anyone had used it before I posted my problem?

Have any of you worked with LED displays before?

This is the one I have:

I can't communicate between my PC and the device but I dont know the IP address of the device or which type of connection to use.

Which are the biggest, well known and reliable manufacturer of LED displays as perhaps I need to try elsewhere?

Your help will be greatly appreciated
