Hello everyone,
My Television did not work recently.I want to make use of the electronic
compoents to DIY some things. I opened the tuner box, and find some smd devices and ICs. I guess the IC AJ605 (14 pins) can be used as frequency mixing. I spent several hours to search the datasheet on internet (even I tried the Alldatasheet.com ), but no result was found.

Please help!

 

Hi,

Your ic may have a number that comes from a contract. While the function may be virtually identical with a commercial device, it was made for that production run of tuners, and does not carry an identifiable number (except as pertains to the tuner). It's pretty hard to scavenge useful parts out of tv's.

I'm not sure what you are going to do about the datasheet though.

This is a SMD device isn't it? How were you planning on removing it from the PCB?
