hi i have this component in my oscilloscope i think its stoping my unit from turning on the code is 443y has it has 6 pins and also is marked as Q in the circuit thanks

Q indicates a transistor.

 

normally Q stand for transsistor ,sometimes they used Q(for ic too.) but this is an ic single in line 6pins.
try to layout the pins where it goes. and after that you can analyze what is that all about.
