I really need some help using a 555N timer to trigger a motor which pushes a magnet. When the magnet is pushed out of place the alarm triggers, and can only stop when the magnet is put back in place!! (I was thinking about a reed switch)

I really need this help, FAST. Any help is MUCH appreciated and Ill return any favour ANYTIME.

I`m new to electronics, and need to make this project... I need to make a drawing of the parts and how they work, and then I need to write about how it works etc etc.. And I really really need help!! :O

 

Sounds like Homework to me, why do you need a 555, just use a relay?

 

Might start by looking at Volume VI, Ch 8, 555 Experiments. Show all you can & then AAC might make suggestions.
