Do you guys have any recommendation that can be made to tell me which are the good companies whereby I can approach for cable assemblies and interconnects solutions?

That is awfully broad. What sort of cabling and connector do you require?

 

The kind of cable assemblies I am looking at is something like those high speed headers from SAMTEC, like the QTS, QTM type, I am looking for the male connector such that I only tapped out 2 signals wires out of this 150 signals. It is a PCI/104 express bus.
