Our equipment uses an opamp (buffer technically I guess), called an Intech A-401. Our datasheets are pretty lacking. It is able to source 100mA, has gain roughly 1, 30MHz bandwidth, slew rate 1000V/uSec. But I don't know much else, and these aren't made anymore. They are the potted module type from the early 60's and 70's. (see attached)

However, you might be able to use current feedback opamps; they're used heavily as video amplifiers. They have speeds in the hundreds of MHz.
