Try going to Analog Devices, Inc. Website and click on the design center tab next to the product tab. This company has been a big player in the A/D and D/A device manufacturing business for many years. Their application notes should be very informative.

At least this is a good place to start.

 

Try also Linear Techonolgies and Burr Browns or whatever name they currently have.

They run kind of short tuotorials on those subjects which are quite enlightening.
