Analog Frequency to Voltage Converter, 125 MHz BW, 20 dB SNR

I have got an AC signal with a frequency of up to 125 MHz. The signal is generated by a beat on a photodiode and has a SNR of about 20dB. The width is about 8 MHz. I would like to convert this signal to voltage in order to sample it with a DAQ card with up to 250 kS/s. The frequency is changing quite fast, with about 10 GHz/s, so I think that an analog circut should be necessary. Is there any possibility to do that?
