I'm nearing the end of a few books I've bought to further my general electronics and maths knowledge and I'm looking towards getting another one (or two!) for Christmas.
I'm really interested in the field of aircraft avionics - stuff like Helmet mounted displays, head up and head down display, fly by wire, sensors etc.
Can anybody recommend any good books as an introduction to these areas?
I'm not only interested in how avionics work, but also their integration within aircraft - the way everything just 'clicks' just fascinates me.
