Could you please suggest me any other ic other than LM741 that I could make use as an basic amplifier to amplify signals in the range of mV with an operating frequency range of 433MHz.

Hi,

A 741 or any other standard op-amp would be of no use at that frequency. Do a search on the web for high frequency amplifiers.

But that's just one offerring from one company.
Analog Devices, National Semiconductor - many make HS opamps.

 

The 741 opamp is 40 years old!
When it was invented then its full output frequency response up to 9kHz was wonderful.
Now ordinary opamps have full output frequency response up to 100kHz.

 

The 741 opamp is 40 years old!

Perhaps that is why the OP is asking for something other than a 741, eh?
