I wanted to give a little feedback on the feedback section of semiconductors.
The introduction goes like this "If some percentage of an amplifier's output signal is connected to the input, so that the amplifier amplifies part of its own output signal, we have what is known as feedback".
Shouldn't that be the amplifier amplifies part of it's input signal? Don't all amplifier amplify their out put signal?

I think the section is correct as written. Can I ask why you would think it should be "input" as opposed to "output"?
