amplified signal varies slowly (one way)

Hello all of you, I'm a new member.
I have this exercise, I urge you to discuss
I need to do a one-way signal amplifier. the specifications of it as follows:
- Voltage on the load 2kΩ not larger than 30V
- High floating point 0 is less than 1.5 mV
- Score amplification of a greater than 100000
- AC component in the output amplifier is under 20mV
- Current amplifier parasites of no greater than 1.5*0.00000001
- Power consumption is greatest 2W
- Bandwidth is from 500Hz to 1500Hz (Level 07)
Power supply circuit for a + /-40V
I look forward to the experts discussed!

You can simply go onto sites and do parametric searches for op amps. Those +/- 40 volt supply rails will narrow choices very fast.

Actually, I follow the Russian vessel function. however, parts of Russia was no longer available. So, I have to do a new circuit is functionally equivalent.
