wat is the accuracy of the ammeter and is to understand from it
Each instrument will have it's specifications available. Accuracy if the instrument is one of those specifications.
The accuracy of the instrument indicates how accurate you measure the current or whatever you measure. For example, if you measure 100 amps and the accuracy of the ammeter is +-5% then the real value of the measured current can be between 95-105 amps.
