I'm looking for the "AMD Linear Databook" from 1981. I looked at bitsavers and googled it but came up empty handed. Does anyone know of a source for this book?

I'm looking for a databook on the FLH-series from Siemens and I believe the are covered in the databook I mentioned. I have a lot of them comming my way and I would like to have the databook to accompany them.
