Hi All,

I'm making a 10 second start up delay circuit and I need a 1N751 for the base of one of the transister pair. However, I'm looking on RS and the 1N751 isn't coming up and is not available.

Does anyone know what the best replacement is for it?

Hello,

An 1N751 is an 5.1Volts 500mWatt zener.

A schematic would help.

5.1V 1N4733A is pretty close, but you'd be better off with the original P/N.
