Hi,

I am studying VLSI basic( fabrication), i have few question about it.....
1.) The seed used for formation of ingot(cylindrical Si), is what???
2.) Why, FZ method is used for high voltage(power device) and low production, why not CZ..??

OK Sir, I will take care about this. But suggesting a book is not against any law. Also the book is offered for online reading by the authors and publishers. Suggesting buying a book to a friend in need in itself is a favor to the authors and publishers since it would advertise and promote their work.

As said you need the Java Run time Environment installed.
I don't find any setup(installing) file in it?

Did you see this:

Running Electric varies with the different platforms. Most systems also allow you to double-click on the JAR file. If double-clicking doesn't work, try running it from the command-line by typing either:
java -jar electric.jar
or:
java -classpath electric.jar com.sun.electric.Launcher
