This is more a question regarding feasibility then anything else. I'm to design and actually build a device for my electronics course. The prof told us that anything, which is not digital, is good.
In the past students have done AM and FM transmitters which allows MP3 players to broadcast to the Car Stereo. I'm very interested in doing a Project like this. I've started looking around for some FM Transmitter designs and was fairly successful; However, it doesn't seem to be quite as easy to find a Stereo transmitter. Is this feasible? I haven't even really figured out how the two channels are supposed to be encoded.
I'm looking for suggestions on this.
Another Idea i've had was to mod an old SNES controller to add a little radio transmitter, and build the accompanying receiver attached to a door lock. With the right combo you'll get in. However, I suppose this would require some of my digital knowledge.
